Information From Your Connected Google Account
When you connect a Google account, we access only the data covered by the OAuth scopes you explicitly authorize at the Google consent screen. Depending on the scopes you grant, this may include
Your Google account email address and basic profile information
Email messages you send through InGrow and replies received to those messages
Message metadata such as sender, recipient, subject line, timestamp, and thread identifiers, used to match replies to the outbound sequences you created
We connect to Google exclusively through Google OAuth. We never ask for , collect, or store your Google password.
Information From Other Connected Third-Party Platforms
When you connect accounts such as LinkedIn or T witter , we collect:

Your posts, comments, and activity
Your connections and network data
Engagement metrics such as likes, shares, and comments

Our use of data from your Google account is limited to the user-f acing features described in Section 3. W e do not use Google user data to improve InGrow's general product analytics, to build audience segments, for advertising, or for any purpose not described in this Policy .
Google User Data and Limited Use
InGrow's use and transfer of information received from Google APIs adheres to the Google API Services User Data Policy , including the Limited Use requirements.
Scopes we request and why
We request the narrowest scopes that allow the features you have chosen to work. W e request Gmail scopes solely to:
Send outbound email from your own mailbox, composed in InGrow and sent at your instruction.
Read replies to those outbound messages so that the correct reply appears against the correct contact in your InGrow inbox, and so that a sequence stops automatically when a prospect responds.
We do not read, index, or process mail unrelated to the outbound sequences you created in InGrow .
Our Limited Use commitments
We request the narrowest scopes that allow the features you have chosen to work. W e request Gmail scopes solely to:
We use Google user data only to provide and improve user-f acing features that are prominently visible in the InGrow interface.
We do not use, transfer , or sell Google user data, or any data aggregated, anonymized, or derived from it, to develop, train, or improve any generalized or foundational machine learning or artificial intelligence model.
We do not transfer Google user data to third parties except as necessary to provide or improve the user-f acing features described above, to comply with applicable law , or as part of a merger or acquisition with notice to you.
W e do not use Google user data for serving advertisements of any kind, including personalized, retargeted, or interest-based advertising.
W e do not allow humans to read Google user data, except: with your explicit consent for specific messages; where necessary for security purposes such as investigating abuse; to comply with applicable law; or where the data has been aggregated and anonymized and is used for internal operations.
These commitments apply to raw data obtained from Google APIs and to any data aggregated, anonymized, or derived from it.
Storage and deletion of Google user data
W e store the minimum Google user data required to operate the features above. OAuth tokens are encrypted at rest. Y ou can revoke InGrow's access at any time from your InGrow account settings or from your Google Account permissions page. When you revoke access or delete your InGrow account, we permanently delete all stored Google user data and associated tokens within 30 days.
AI Services and Data Processing
InGrow uses third-party AI providers, including OpenAI and Anthropic, to generate outreach drafts and analyze publicly available signals.
What AI providers may process
Public profile data, posts, and public content from connected platforms such as LinkedIn and Twitter , together with information you enter in InGrow such as your product description and target criteria.
What AI providers never receive
Google user data of any kind, including message content, message metadata, and anything derived from it
Passwords or authentication credentials
Payment information
How we handle AI processing
Where we use AI providers, data is sent for inference only . W e have contractual terms with these providers under which your data is not used to train or improve their models, and we do not use any data obtained through Google APIs to create, train, or improve any machine learning or AI model, whether our own or a third party's. This applies to raw Google API data and to aggregated, anonymized, or derived data alike.
How We Share Your Information
Service Providers: Companies that help us operate InGrow , including cloud hosting (AWS, Google Cloud), payment processors (Razorpay , Stripe), email delivery services, and AI providers subject to the restrictions in Section 4. These providers are bound by contract to process data only on our instructions.
Third-Party Platforms: When you use InGrow to send email or engage on platforms such as LinkedIn, we transmit the content you authorized to those platforms on your behalf .
Legal Requirements: When required by applicable law , legal process, or to protect our rights and the safety of users.
Business Transfers: If InGrow is acquired or merged, your data may transfer to the new owner . Google user data transfers only with notice to you, as described in Section 3.
With Your Consent: When you explicitly agree to share information.
We do not sell your personal information, and we do not sell or transfer Google user data to any third party for advertising, data brokerage, or model training.
International Data Transfers
Your information may be stored and processed in countries outside India, including the United States, where our cloud and AI service providers operate. Where required, we rely on appropriate safeguards such as standard contractual clauses for these transfers.
Data Retention
We retain your data while your account is active in order to provide the Service. Once deleted, your data cannot be recovered.
Security
No system is completely secure, and we cannot guarantee absolute security of your information. If we become aware of a breach affecting your personal data, we will notify you and the relevant authorities as required by applicable law .

Your Rights and Choices
Access your data: View and update your information in account settings.
Delete your data: Close your account at any time from account settings or by emailing akshay@tryingrow .com. W e delete account data within 90 days and Google user data within 30 days.
Revoke Google access: Disconnect your Google account at any time from InGrow account settings, or at https://myaccount.google.com/permissions. Revoking access stops all further data collection immediately and triggers deletion of stored Google user data within 30 days.
Disconnect other platforms: Disconnect LinkedIn, T witter , or any other connected account at any time through account settings.
Marketing communications: Unsubscribe using the link in any marketing email.
Regional rights: Depending on where you live, you may have additional rights to access, correct, port, restrict, or object to processing of your personal data. Email akshay@tryingrow .com to exercise these rights. W e respond within 30 days.
Cookies
W e use cookies and similar technologies to keep you logged in, remember your preferences, understand how the Service is used, and improve performance. Y ou can disable cookies in your browser settings, though some functionality may be limited.
Third-Party Platforms
When you connect accounts such as Google, LinkedIn, or T witter , your use of those platforms remains governed by their own terms and privacy policies. W e access only the data you authorize. W e recommend reviewing their privacy practices. W e are not responsible for the privacy practices of third-party platforms.
Children's Privacy
InGrow is not intended for anyone under 18 years of age, and we do not knowingly collect information from children. If we learn we have collected a child's information, we will delete it promptly . If you believe we hold information about a child, contact akshay@tryingrow .com.
Changes to This Policy
W e may update this Privacy Policy from time to time. When we do, we will post the updated policy on our website, update the Last Updated date, and notify you by email or through the Service if the changes are material. Continued use of InGrow after changes means you accept the updated policy .
